All user data (workouts, nutrition, metrics) is stored in Google Firestore, secured with per-user access rules — only you can read and write your data. Data is stored in Google Cloud's US region. Connections between the app and our servers use TLS encryption.
We retain your account and app data for as long as your account remains active. If you request deletion of your account (see "Data deletion" below), we permanently delete your data from our systems within 30 days, except where a copy must be retained longer to comply with a legal obligation, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Anonymised or aggregated usage data that can no longer identify you may be retained for app improvement purposes.
We do not sell your data. We share data only with the following service providers, strictly to operate the app:

Sihha Fit requests read access to Apple Health to display your steps, active calories, heart rate, and resting heart rate in the Progress screen. This data is read on-device only, is never uploaded to Sihha Fit's servers, is never shared with third parties, and is used solely for display purposes within the app.
Data deletion process: To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email ataeii@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Data" from the email address associated with your account. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days. This permanently removes your profile, workout, and nutrition data from Firestore and cannot be undone.
Sihha Fit is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
We will notify users of material changes via an in-app notice. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated.
